When will my order ship?
If you order before 3pm, we will ship your item either by over night courier TNT or DPD or we will send by 1st Class Royal Mail, which should also arrive next day.
Can I return my item?
If something is faulty within its warranty period, of course. Please email us firstname.lastname@example.org and we will resolve your issue asap. We will cover the cost of return.
If you don't want you item for any reason within 30 days of the delivery, provided the item is in an unused and is mint condition including the packaging please contact us on email@example.com to arrange return. You will need to cover the cost of return.
Is the item I want in stock?
Yes. We keep everything listed as in stock on the site, in stock ready to ship to you next day. Mistakes do happen rarely, if this is the case we will contact you as soon as we can and offer a refund, alternative item or let you know when we are expecting stock.
What do you do to keep my data safe?
You can be assured that any contact details are safely secured. Credit/debit card information are not stored by us. They are securely processed by either Paypal or Shopify Payments.
Can I come visit you or pick up in store?
Because of Corona, our show room is currently shut. We're looking forward to opening as soon as we can!
If you'd like to collect an item, you can select this as an option on check out and come collect your item. Please check with us before coming 0208 959 6184 or firstname.lastname@example.org as hours are slightly shorter due the to C19.
Can I order by telephone?
Because of data protection, we don't process cards over the phone unfortunately. If you'd like any item, the best way is to buy securely on our site.
How do I know my order has been received/shipped?
You should receive and email almost immediately after placing your order confirming. As soon as we ship you will receive an email notification with tracking information. If you supply you mobile phone number you may receive information by text although this doesn't apply to all forms of delivery.
Do you offer discounts for large or quantity/trade orders?
